Meet Nick Weir

Nick joined the GreenImage team in early November of 2022, bringing both an extensive maintenance background and over 15 years of experience in designing/building custom outdoor living spaces. It was vital that he find the right fit: “When I interviewed for the position at GreenImage, I was interviewing GreenImage,” he explains. “Having been an owner/operator of a hardscape business, I had concerns about working for or with a company. Work/life balance is important to me.”

He found it. “Our work culture is bar none.” GreenImage’s commitment to the human element extends beyond clients; really, it starts with our team and ensuring folks like Nick have the tools and the time to do top notch work – and get to enjoy their own backyards!

Creating Custom Outdoor Living Spaces

A green thumb helps, but it’s really passion and understanding that makes an outdoor space come to life. Nick says, “My absolute favorite – and what gets me up every morning – is the artistic side of my job. I truly enjoy listening to my clients’ needs, wants, and desires. Many years of listening and installing allows me to build what the client is asking for.”

Nick is quick to credit the GreenImage team as well: “I believe the crews we have are more than capable of building anything I can design.”

Empathizing with home- and property-owners is what Nick does best. “I enjoy creating useful spaces, regardless of size or budget. The challenge is making it all work – dream, design, and budget. This is [the clients’] dream space. I help make it a reality.”
